Last year, L.A. designer Rosaline Bersnstein left the safety-net of designing and merchandising for a national, homestore retailer and opened her own interior design studio, christened MODBOX . One of her first projects was creating a retail space for Vespa , Los Angeles in Little Tokyo. Starting a new venture is always a bit scary and conversely exhilarating. Recently, I caught up with Rosaline to ask her a few questions about the Vespa project and about designing in general. So let's start shall we with a post on Kyle Schuneman, a talented interior and set designer living in the Los Feliz district of Los Angeles. Boyishly cute and weighing in at a mere 24 years of age, Mr. Schuneman's work can be seen on HGTV as well as The Style Network. (Talk about knowing early what you want from life? This young man must have started his design career by rearranging stuffed animals in his crib!)
